Support Information For FlexField®:
The license fee includes on-call assistance from the eprentise team for up to three (3) test cycles during US business hours and one production run at no charge. Additional runs may be completed by the client team with issue resolution support provided within two (2) business days. Customers have the option of purchasing additional supported runs.

The license fee includes on-call assistance from the eprentise technical team for up to three (3) test cycles during Indian business hours and on production run. Additional runs may be completed by the client team with issue resolution provided within two (2) business days. Customers have the option of purchasing additional supported runs.
