eprentise Consolidation software merges two or more database instances by automatically resolving database structures, data differences, and differences in business processes. The software automatically creates rules to merge data with the same name that has a different meaning, data with the same ID in multiple systems, and data that is identical across different instances. Custom rules can be created to override exceptions. The data is moved into the target instance in the right sequence to maintain the data integrity. The consolidated instance reduces support, maintenance, and processing costs, facilitates common business practices, and establishes standards across the enterprise while also providing a “single source of truth” for enterprise operations.
eprentise Reorganization software allows companies to make a variety of major configuration changes to better reflect their business structure and operations in their Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). Types of reorganizations include changing calendars, moving operating units from one set of books (ledger) to another, moving legal entities to a different set of books (ledger), and merging operating units, business groups, or inventory orgs.
eprentise Divestiture software facilitates the divestiture process by creating two separate Oracle E-Business Suite instances – one for the parent company and one for the divested company – while retaining all key information assets of each. eprentise Divestiture software allows you to divest data based on any type of criteria including legal entity, sets of books, business unit, product line, customers, regions, or organization units. Both end databases remain complete, functioning, and fully configured with only the information relevant to each continuing company. Each company’s application has only its own data, ensuring that the parent company is comfortable with data security while enabling the divested company to function completely on its own.
eprentise Data Quality software standardizes data (abbreviations, punctuation, etc.) within a single database or across disparate databases. The standardization function of eprentise Data Quality is like a massive search and replace across all tables and works on configuration data and master data, permeating all changes in every transaction across the system. It is particularly useful for changing area codes for all types of phone numbers or changing units of measure across instances. Once data is standardized, candidate duplicates can be identified and resolved. eprentise Data Quality merges all duplicate data within a single database or across database instances into a single record and then changes all the referenced data everywhere in E-Business Suite.
eprentise Data Archive and Subset software allows testing teams and development teams to create fully functioning sets of data from Oracle E-Business Suite. A customer may define filtering rules based on any criteria to create a smaller set of data and use that data for tests on a single business process or on transactions of a certain type or with a specific status. eprentise uses the filter criteria to select a category of data and then generate the code automatically to pull all related data into the data subset and maintain the data integrity. Targeted data subsets speed up the testing process by reducing the need for a creating a clone of the entire database and reduce time and resource requirements for maintaining non-production environments.

Reorganization Modules
Calendar Change: Automates the process of changing calendars in Oracle E-Business Suite, allowing you to support business requirements, retain history, and tie in all the subledger detail with the GL calendar. Calendars in other Oracle modules are copied or can be synchronized to the new GL calendar (Including FA, Projects, Inv, Budgets, and others).
