Helene Abrams is chairperson and CEO of eprentise. She founded the company in 2007 with a vision to provide software that accelerates business changes for enterprises by providing Correct, Complete, and Consistent information. Under Abrams’ direction, eprentise has grown from a groundbreaking idea into a multi-million dollar company that is the recognized leader in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) transformation tools.
Abrams is regarded as an innovator who has enabled customers of Oracle E-Business Suite to realign their EBS footprint with business changes such as mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. With her guidance, companies have successfully addressed the need to comply with new statutory and regulatory requirements, enter new global markets, operate a shared services center, and update obsolete configurations that the organizations have outgrown. She has the depth of knowledge, the technical expertise, the business acumen, and a range of experience in companies from start-ups to the Fortune 50. As Oracle’s first applications consultant in 1988, Abrams also has the technical and functional knowledge of how to align Oracle E-Business Suite with business strategies. Her forte is driving results through strong people skills and a focus on quality. Abrams holds a master’s degree from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
Susan Dorn
Susan Dorn is the founder and CEO of RingMaster Software, founded on the premise “there must be a better way.” She has been working with Oracle E-Business Suite in various capacities since 1992: DBA, developer, business analyst, project manager, etc. As such, when presented with an idea on improving ways tomaintain Oracle EBS, she is in her element. Susan is an international speaker on ways to manage change and to improve processes in the IT department of businesses running Oracle E-Business Suite.
Andy Harriss
Andy Harriss is Strategic Developer Manager for 2e2 and has been working with Oracle E-Business Suite since 1994. During that time, he has worked in a variety of roles including business analyst, technical developer, project manager and program manager. Much of his role was focussed on developing methodologies for implementing, upgrading and managing E-Business Suite, enabling the organizations he worked for to gain significant competitive advantage.
As part of this role, one of the key developments was ConfigSnapshot, the most comprehensive and flexible configuration management software available for E-Business Suite. Originally developed as part of an enhanced implementation methodology, it proved so successful with customers that it was extended to become a standalone product that customers could take advantage of for themselves across the entire E-Business Suite lifecycle. ConfigSnapshot is now used by over 200 organizations as well as many implementers and system integrators to enhance their own methodologies.
