Harrison Figura is the Delivery Quality Assurance Manager at eprentise. He has been with the company four years, starting as an Account Representative while learning the ins and outs of eprentise solutions for Oracle E-Business Suite customers looking to make changes to their ERP systems. Later, he became a Sales Engineer and actively participated in the coordination of software releases.
In 2013, Figura became a Customer Delivery Engineer focusing on the FlexField product line – an out-of-the box software solution by eprentise that provides fast configuration to model and change charts of accounts. Figura has been involved in more than 100 chart of accounts conversion projects that comprised of designing charts of accounts, training teams of users, coordinating rollout strategies, and addressing issues using his problem-solving skills.
