eprentise FlexField Software and Consolidation Software Designed to Deliver Flexibility to Instances of Oracle^® E-Business Suite

LAS VEGAS, NV, Apr 23, 2012 -- General Electric Global Research has selected eprentise, the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) transformation software company, to execute significant changes within their current EBS instances. With a mission of streamlining operations and reducing infrastructure costs, GE Global Research is interested in reducing the number of EBS instances. GE Global Research selected eprentise to carry out this project for their sites.

The announcement was made in conjunction with the Oracle Applications User Group (OAUG) Collaborate Conference in Las Vegas.

eprentise's FlexField software will be used to facilitate the conversion of various charts of accounts into a single consistent global chart of accounts. Second, eprentise's Consolidation software will be used by GE Global Research to merge multiple EBS instances into one instance.
